International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. While COVID-19 highlighted some of the successful accomplishments of women in leadership, we also saw the deeply rooted societal and cultural expectations of genders play out.
Laura Reinholz is Head of BMO for Women program inside the Commercial Banking and Wealth Management Division and my guest on today's episode. Our conversation was inspired by a social media post that sparked a common debate about women and money and equality, and what needs to change.
